Here I am on a Friday, Sept. 25th having just joined My Green Parachute.  I am excited and delighted to be a part of the Referral Network and look forward to meeting all the players. 

Keith and Kay Fairchild join MGP-Southeast as Territory Marketing Coaches.   Keith and Kay bring years of experience to the MGP team, they have been involved in listing/selling/developing/coaching/investments and managing in the Real Estate industry.  Kay will be handling the Greater Columbia, SC area and Keith will be handling the Myrtle Beach and Coastal areas of the state.  Please join me in welcoming them on board.

Who wouldn't want more referral income?  Are you needing a new, fresh approach to earning income in the Real Estate business?  I have oftern said to my coaching clients, "Your data base is your hidden Gold Mine."  What MGP has created is an incredible way to earn income by allowing us to professionally manage and market your data base. 

If you haven't already done it, you need to start adding your data base into our system.  Stop what your doing right now and go to your password protected area and add in at least 10 names and email addresses of people that would refer you business.  Don't procrastinate do it NOW!! 

Last thought....if you are not working your data base, someone else is.

It is an established fact that profiles with photos receive a lot more attention! Please upload your picture today. And, while you are at it complete your profile with as much information as possible. Remember, Key Referral Agents from anywhere in your state or across the nation may be looking for an agent in your market. They are going to automatically gravitate to agents where there is the most information available.
