5 R’sThe 5 R’s of My Green Parachute are: Recapturing + Referrals = Recruiting, Retention, and Revenue AFAActive Field Agent – is an agent who accepts the transaction referrals from MyGreenParachute.com and is affiliated with a Certified Office. Certified OfficeA Certified Office is a brokerage office that exclusively can accept referral from MyGreenParachute.com. There is only one Certified Office per 2500 real estate licensees in any given metro area, and one per 10 mile radius in more rural areas. Career AgentLicensee who has been actively brokering real estate transactions for 10 years or more, and has a significant customer and client database. Certified Office CoachOnce a Certified Office is invited to become a MGP Certified Office, they are assigned to a Coach who will work with them on how to effectively launch and promote the program in their office. DSBDesignated State Broker - This broker is the liaison between the home office of MyGreenParachute.com, and the Certified Offices. This person holds the licenses for each agent in the My Green Parachute system within their state, and ensures all licensees are compliant and all state rules and regulations are met. KRAKey Referral Agent – a licensee who only sends transaction referrals and accepts referral commissions. A Key Referral Agent (also known as a Professional Referral Agent) has no fiduciary duties to either a buyer or seller, are transactionally inactive, although active in the eyes of the state as part of a LFRO. LFROLimited Function Referral Organization - MyGreenParchute.com is a LFRO, a type of real estate brokerage whereby the agents within the LFRO cannot actively list and sell property, but can send referrals and collect a referral commission. PRAProfessional Referral Agent - MyGreenParachute.com Key Referral Agents are also considered Professional Referral Agents, which is their title. Retire With Royalty ProgramThis program is exclusively for Career Agents or those who would like to stay in touch with their database on a long term basis. It consists of building a team of active agents for the retiring broker or agent. Also the client and customer list of the retiring agent is marketed to on an ongoing subscription basis, thereby creating long term residual income for the retiring broker or agent. |
