How We Began

One day while sitting at a Broker/Owner Conference in a quaint New England Town with the snow swirling around over the Atlantic Ocean, Carolyn Kindley-Single was thinking about ways to increase business to her agents. She found herself wondering why the amount of time, energy, and money spent by both new and experienced brokers and agents in the real estate business was virtually lost when they left the business? And what about all the career brokers, who have spent their lives building a business, only to retire with virtually no residual income or pension plan? And what about some of the newer agents, working diligently only to have them struggle in the business and sadly leave the industry after 6 months or so with virtually nothing to show for it. It didn’t seem right.

Then her wheels started turning, and the brainstorming began… Can you imagine how wonderful it would be if a career agent or broker could actually earn long term residual income from all their hard work and effort in the industry? What about the agents and associate brokers who have dedicated many years of their lives, who would like to retire, but find they can’t? And if they do, what happens to their client base…is it sold? Yikes, the numbers were staggering.
