We are looking for Designated State Brokers in the states which we are not yet licensed.  This candidate will act as a compliance and marketing liaison between inactive real estate licensees and the MyGreenParachute.com a program offering real estate agents leaving the industry a profitable exit strategy and residual income program. Designated State Broker will oversee all licensing compliance and certified office development throughout the state. Broker will work directly with MGP home office for recruiting, development, marketing, and training of brokerage and Certified Offices.  Certified Offices 

My GreenParachute.com is currently speaking with real estate offices with a strong track record to become Certified Offices as we launch throughout the country.  The Designated State Broker for each state is currently interviewing regional offices, and will be interviewing possible brokerages in the coming months.  Each Certified Office has an exclusive area, and is the only office that can accept referrals from MyGreenParachute.com. Certified Offices will receive ongoing coaching on the launch and running of the program in their office. The MyGreenParachute.com home office will work directly with Certified Offices on the development process, and bringing the program to the area. Territory Marketing Coach

MyGreenParachute.com is always looking for a Real Estate professionals to act as a Territory Marketing Coach for specific territories within the state. As we launch throughout the country, and the Territory Marketing Coach (TMC’s) will work with our other Territory Marketing Coaches throughout the country to launch the MyGreenParachute program within the state.  Territory Marketing Coach will be fully trained and work directly with the MGP home office for coaching, development, marketing, and mentoring of our members on the local level.  Candidate must be people- oriented, experienced in sales and real estate is helpful, have a strong sales or marketing background, and be forward thinking as well as a licensed real estate broker or agent in good standing.

 The TMC may or may not be currently active in the real estate community.
